Regulamin opłat

1. W momencie rejestracji ucznia wymagana jest bezzwrotna opłata rejestracyjna (wpisowe) w wysokości 20 USD za każdą rejestrację.
2. Po zaakceptowaniu rejestracji przez szkołę rodzice/opiekunowie są zobowiązani do wniesienia opłaty za naukę za cały rok szkolny lub za pierwszy semestr, w terminie wyznaczonym przez szkołę, zazwyczaj nie później niż 3 tygodnie przed rozpoczęciem zajęć.
3. W przypadku wyboru płatności semestralnej, opłata za drugi semestr musi zostać uiszczona najpóźniej do 15 stycznia danego roku kalendarzowego.
4. Brak terminowego wniesienia wymaganych opłat może skutkować zawieszeniem uczestnictwa ucznia w zajęciach do czasu uregulowania należności.
5. Uczniowie posiadający zaległości finansowe wobec szkoły nie będą mogli otrzymać zaświadczenia o nauce, świadectwa ani innych dokumentów potwierdzających uczestnictwo w zajęciach do czasu całkowitego uregulowania zobowiązań.
6. Opłata rejestracyjna nie podlega zwrotowi. Zasady ewentualnych zwrotów czesnego określane są indywidualnie przez Zarząd Szkoły w uzasadnionych przypadkach.

WAŻNE:

* Warunkiem przyznania zniżki za wczesną rejestrację jest terminowe wniesienie opłaty wpisowej (tzn. podczas rejestracji i przed zamknięciem terminu oferty zniżkowej).

** Zniżki obowiązują wyłącznie w przypadku wyboru płatności całorocznej.

Regulamin refundacji

Refundacja czesnego:

Polska Szkoła w Seattle prowadzi politykę refundacji dla studentów, którzy oficjalnie wycofali się z programu, poprzez pisemną rezygnacje wysłaną na email szkoły przed planowaną datą rezygnacji. Harmonogram zwrotów czesnego, jest określany zgodnie z następującym terminarzem:

Po pierwszych zajęciach …………………….75%
Do końca października ……………………… 50%
Do końca listopada….. ……………………. 25%
Od listopada ………………………… brak zwrotu

Tuition and Refund Policy

Payment Policy

• At the time of student registration, a non-refundable registration fee of $20 is required for each registration submitted.
• Once the registration has been accepted by the school, parents/guardians are required to pay either the full annual tuition or the first semester tuition by the deadline specified by the school, typically no later than three weeks before the start of classes.
• If the semester payment option is selected, payment for the second semester must be made no later than January 15 of the applicable calendar year.
• Failure to make the required payments by the specified deadlines may result in the student's suspension from classes until all outstanding balances have been paid.
• Students with outstanding financial obligations to the school will not be eligible to receive a certificate of enrollment, report card, transcript, or any other documents confirming participation in the school program until all financial obligations have been fully satisfied.
• The registration fee is non-refundable. Any tuition refunds, if applicable, will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the School Board under exceptional circumstances.
  

IMPORTANT:

* To qualify for the Early Registration Discount, the registration fee must be paid on time (i.e., at the time of registration and before the Early Registration Discount deadline expires).

** Early Registration Discounts apply only when the Annual Payment Plan is selected.

Refund Policy

Tuition Refunds:

The Polish School in Seattle has a refund policy for students who officially withdraw from the program by submitting a written resignation to the school’s email address prior to the scheduled withdrawal date. The tuition refund schedule is determined according to the following schedule:

After the first class ……………………. 75%
Until the end of October…………… 50%
Until the end of November………… 25%
From December ………………… no refund
